Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

 

At GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST, we work with two types of products under different conditions:

- Original Artworks: Each artwork is unique and unrepeatable. Due to their singular nature, original artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. This condition is communicated and accepted at the time of purchase.

- Prints and Reproductions: Prints are produced to order according to each customer's specifications. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are personalized goods, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors: In both cases, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@gabsvisualartist.com within 7 business days of receipt, including photographs of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Rest of the world: For orders outside the European Union, our standard policy applies: exchange or store credit within 10 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging is intact.

Packages damaged during shipping: If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting it with photographs before opening it and contacting us immediately at info@gabsvisualartist.com. We will manage the issue with the carrier and offer you a solution.

 


 

My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please take the time to carefully read the descriptions and check the colors on various screens if you are concerned about any variations. Contact me directly through the form if you have any questions or concerns about any detail of the artwork or product you are interested in.

I am happy to send additional photos and/or color swatches to ensure the colors will work in your space. If you would like to send me a photo of the room or wall where the artwork will be hung, I can virtually place it so you have a better idea of how it will look.

Despite our attention to detail and the quality controls we perform before each shipment, it is possible that, exceptionally, an item may have a manufacturing defect. In that case, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt with photographs of the product, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Once the order has been delivered to the indicated address, GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST is not responsible for any subsequent loss or theft.
