¿HOW CAN I REGISTER?

CREATE A GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST ACCOUNT

To create a GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST account, follow these steps:

1. Click on "My Account" at the top right of the home page.

2. On the login page, enter your email address in the "New Customer" field.

3. Click Continue and enter the remaining details. You will receive an email confirming your account creation and a reminder of your login details. You will need this information to log in and place an order on the site.

Your GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST account allows you to access the information you need to place an order and perform the following actions:

- Track your order.

- View and modify your personal information.

LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

To log in to your account, click on "My Account" at the top right of the home page and log in to the customer area.

YOUR PASSWORD

Your password is required to access your online account, place an order, and obtain tracking information. If you don't remember your password, enter your email address by clicking "Forgot Password" in the login window. We will send you a password reset email. To change your password, simply access your account details and click the "Change" link in the password field.

Changing Your Delivery Address

We offer the option to create multiple delivery addresses in your account. This way, you can select the delivery address you prefer when placing your order.

Changing Your Mailing Address

The default billing address is the one GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST will use to ship your order. To change it, log in to your account and click "My Addresses." Browse the billing addresses and select the default billing address. If one hasn't been created, add a new address or change the existing one.

Purchases in the GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST Online Shop can be made using ALL MAJOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS, BANK DEPOSIT OR TRANSFER. Purchases can also be processed using BIZUM / APPLE PAY / GOOGLE PAY / SHOP PAY / PAY PAL (see financing plan).

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Orders with domestic shipping take 2-4 business days.

Orders with international shipping take 5-10 business days.

We work with trusted companies to deliver your order on time and in the best possible condition.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, you will only be charged the shipping fee outside of SPAIN at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the carrier you selected when placing your order. Once you've selected your products and before making your payment, you can choose the shipping company you prefer and you'll be informed of the cost and delivery time.

Most items take 24-48 hours to process your order before shipping. Please check for exact shipping information at checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

Most shipping companies we work with provide us with a tracking code for your order, which we will email to you. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us at info@gabsvisualartist.com

WHAT IS A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

To use a promotional code, simply enter it in the promotional code field in your shopping cart. Once validated, the offer will be automatically applied to your order.

DO ANY OF YOUR PAINTINGS INCLUDE FRAMING?

Unfortunately, my works do not include framing for works on canvas or framing/mapping for works on paper. However, if you would like me to make a framing suggestion, just send me an email at info@gabsvisualartist.com or a WhatsApp message and I will be happy to advise you!

Canvas Paintings: All canvas paintings will be connected and "ready to hang" when you receive them, but will not be framed.

Paintings on Paper: Paintings on paper will not be framed unless indicated. Proper framing is important for works on paper to avoid damage and degradation of the materials used to create the painting. For best results, please ensure all framing and mounting elements are made with the appropriate materials. A mat or spacer should be used to prevent the painting from coming into direct contact with the glass.

HOW CAN I DETERMINE COLOR ACCURACY?

I do my best to accurately represent the colors within a painting. However, when purchasing a painting, I hope you'll keep in mind that color and brightness vary greatly from screen to screen. If you're trying to match colors or have any concerns about color accuracy, please contact me before purchasing so we can discuss this freely. I will be happy to help.

WHAT MATERIALS AND MEDIA DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PAINTINGS?

I use professional-grade acrylic paints to create all artwork. The papers chosen are heavy-weight, professional-grade, and 100% acid-free.

Most of my paper works are painted on 100% cotton, 300gsm heavyweight watercolor paper. I use this heaviest weight because it won't warp or wrinkle with multiple coats of acrylic paint. As a result, it won't curl. I ship my artwork in a large, sturdy cardboard box or envelope for protection.

For canvas paintings, I apply a permanent isolation coat, followed by a removable gloss or satin varnish containing UVL (Ultraviolet Light Stabilizers) to provide additional protection from UV light and help resist scratching, damage, and moisture. For the longevity of my paintings, I recommend that they be displayed away from direct sunlight and not hung in areas of high humidity.
