RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All products purchased through WWW.GABSVISUALARTIST.COM may be exchanged within TEN (10) calendar days from the date of receipt, or returned within seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt.
Products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unused, and with the original packaging and tags in good condition.
Original packaging refers to boxes/protective sleeves, protective wrap, warranties, and informational leaflets, which are considered part of the product. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. No marks or alterations made by the customer.
Customers may exchange or return products via postal mail, and they will bear the return shipping costs. To initiate the return, please notify us at:

If any additional shipping is needed, it will be at the customer's expense. In cases where the return is due to an error on the part of WWW.GABSVISUALARTIST.COM, we will arrange pickup or send the correct item at no extra cost to the customer.
Once we receive the return shipment, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in perfect condition and process the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout.
IMPORTANT: RETURNS – NO REFUND. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please take the time to carefully read descriptions and check colors on multiple screens if you're concerned about color variations. Feel free to contact me directly via the form if you have questions about any artwork or product details.
I'm happy to send additional photos and/or color swatches to ensure the colors will work in your space. If you'd like to send me a photo of the room or wall where the painting will hang, I can digitally place the artwork in your space to give you a better idea of how it will look.
Although we take great care with our customers' orders and perform a quality check before all shipments, it is possible that a product arrives with a defect or you're not satisfied with the purchase (whether due to a change of mind, order error, or mishandling by the customer). In such cases, the customer must send the product back without undue delay, and in any case within 10 business days of receipt, covering the return shipping costs.
If your product arrived damaged, please email info@gabsvisualartist.com within one week of delivery. Include photos of the product, your order number, and any relevant details, and we’ll get back to you with a solution as quickly as possible. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES.
